- 8am - 4pm Monday through Friday
- Possibility of potential overtime hour
Duties
- Precision demolition to make way for renovations in residential, commercial, & occasional industrial settings
- Preparing renovation areas & returning work areas to pre-work cleanliness conditions
- Coordinate tasks & duties with supervising Carpenter/Renovation Lead
- Load/unload materials & tools to various projects & job sites
- All other duties as assigned based on job site needs
- Installation of flooring, tile, and cabinetry
Qualifications
- Steel toes required
- Full G License required
- Previous experience an asset but not required
- Familiarity with hand, power tools, & overall mechanical aptitude required
- Other PPE supplied by employer as needed: respirator, ear protection, safety glasses, etc.
- Must be able to use, read, & record dimensions using tape measure, laser level, and other measuring tools
- Must possess positive attitude & ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to complete small, medium, & large-scale renovation projects
