Duties
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer service. The position will included working with our supplier channel on order procurement, art approvals to the delivery of merchandise. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent business etiquette.
• Order management, supplier engagement, purchase orders along with working closely with our internal team and the account directors.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date online files
• Assist with administrative duties as required along with fulfillment services - waybills, pick, pack and shipping via our couriers
• Provide support in managing customer orders
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the office environment.
• Offer outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience in a order management and/or supplier relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PP) and other computer software relevant to administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with data entry, timelines, and managing correspondence.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
