The Emergency Shelter Intake Services will support individuals and/or families in seeking emergency housing options within the City of Brantford and County of Brant. With staff available 24/7 and 365 days a year and our waiting room is open 10 hours a day from 10am-8pm offering in-person and onsite support, connecting clients to available resources including housing services, individuals and/or families of all ages will receive the following services:
- Shelter Diversion
- Support with accessing emergency housing options
- Access to showers, laundry, food and hygiene supplies
- Transportation arrangements
Eligibility Criteria
Age: All ages
Individuals and/or families who are unhoused and require emergency housing options due to no suitable housing arrangements.
