Machine Operator -Rescraft Plastic Products Inc

Rescraft Plastic Products Inc. is a well-established manufacturer of rotationally molded products and a processor for plastic material as well as material recycling. We are currently seeking highly motivated, hard working professionals as full-time permanent Machine Operators for our Rotational Molding machines.

Duties include:

• Work as part of a team to assemble components or products in an efficient manner.
• Work with hand tools to assemble parts (training provided).
• Use of overhead hoist.
• Ensure colour consistency for each product.
• Maintain accurate counts – use of computer and ERP system.
• Continuously develop skills in all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, take out garbage/recycling, sweep, etc. as needed.
• Maintain & adhere to safety standards (always including P.P.E. requirements).
• Communicate in a consistently respectful manner with your team members.

Must be willing to work rotating shifts. All training takes place on the day shift, then transitioned to afternoons for regular working hours if hired for Afternoons or nights.
