All part-time employees are required to commit to be available to work at least three weekdays per week, plus at least 2 weekend days per pay period. Part-time employees shall be available for a full 24 hour period starting at 0700 and ending at 0700 the next calendar day. Part-time employees must be available to work on all paid holidays each year.

We need people who are available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evening, nights, weekends and statutory holidays.

Developmental Service Professional Responsibilities: 

Job duties include assisting people with all aspects of daily living including, personal care, bathing, feeding, light housekeeping, laundry, administering medications, meal preparation etc.

Before you begin, you will be trained (this is paid!) We have many different areas of service, for instance, you could be helping someone in group living / 24 hour support services to community based supports for people who live independently. 
 

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid class G driver's licence, and access to a reliable vehicle with auto insurance coverage.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Must have Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education in any human services field, preferred

Eligibility

  • Employment is conditional upon receipt of a successful Vulnerable Sector Police Check
