Duties
Are you a driven, financially motivated professional with a passion for helping small businesses succeed? We are seeking Senior Business Development Advisors to join our fast-growing team in the credit card processing industry. This is a contract-based, high-income opportunity with total freedom over your hours and vacation time.
You'll be working directly with small business owners across Ontario, helping them reduce costs, streamline operations, and select the best payment solutions tailored to their needs. This is not a junior sales role – we're looking for experienced professionals who can work independently, manage their own pipeline, and close deals confidently. 5 to 10 reps needed between London and Burlington.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and sign new small business clients for merchant processing services
- Analyze merchant statements to recommend cost-saving solutions
- Present and explain credit card processing options with clarity and integrity
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals in Excel
- Provide post-sale support and customer service as needed
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, training one on one provided
- Honesty & Integrity: You must be trustworthy and client-first in your approach – no hard sells or hidden fees
- Math Skills: Strong analytical skills; able to read and compare processing statements and spot savings opportunities
- Excel Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to run comparisons and track performance
- Excellent English Communication Both written and verbal a must
- Self-Motivation: You’re independent, organized, and able to manage your time without micromanagement

Vehicle Access: Must have your own car for in-person visits to local businesses
