MSP IT Administrator - SecurIBC
Duties

We are seeking an MSP IT Administrator to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organisation's network systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of Client IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot network & system issues
• Monitor active network and server infrastructure
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures and maintain and test backups
• Document all technical procedures and user guides
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Canadian based network or systems administrator is essential, Preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment.
• Knowledge of Networking , RMM principles and software, Backup software, Cybersecurity policies and principles, MS 365 , Azure , Google Workspace , MS HyperV and VMware.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, must be able to pivot between tasks effectively, must be able to self manage workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented, Meticulous documentation required.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are essential.
Requirements:
• College education considered a minimum requirement.
• Clean Driving license is essential
• Background check essential
• Must live within 30 km of Brantford (may be required to be on call)
• Will require references from verifiable Sources.
