Monday - Friday, 8 Hour days 

Duties

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Input customer orders while taking into consideration all aspects of production and delivery for a smooth process.
Set up, track, and analyze new customer accounts as specified by the customer contract.
Plan the transactions of finished goods between Armstrong Milling and Country Road Enterprises
Verify and review customer accounts, and order information for correctness.
Responsible for outbound logistics and scheduling related appointments for customer receiving department.
Track contracts and prepare BOL for the applicable orders.
Work with the Customer Solutions Lead to view and/or edit shipments appropriately.
Assist, input, and distribute price lists to contacts and prepare master mailer lists.
Report any price discrepancies to sales reps.
Assist relative parties with Epicor issues.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Attend all meetings required to meet the business objectives of the organization.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all matters that are sensitive in nature as they relate to the organization and its business partners.
Actively participate in areas of continuous improvement and offer solutions to problems as required.
Ensure that all equipment is operating, and any unsafe equipment or conditions are reported to the Workplace Health & Safety Committee or relevant authority.
Report and unsafe conditions that could interfere with Food Safety.
Assist in coverage for other office staff when requested, including reception.

Qualifications

1 year customer service experience
ERP/ Microsoft Office a must
Retail portal experience is an asset 
Self starter 
CRM
Good communications skills
High analytical skills
