EmployerOne is a community survey conducted by the Workforce Planning Board of Grand Erie every January on the workforce and human resource needs of local employers. The survey gathers reliable information on employment trends in Brantford, Brant County, Norfolk and Haldimand. The data collected is used as resource to employers, social service agencies and job seekers. St. Leonard's Community Services Employment department supports EmployerOne and is asking all employers to complete the survey.
