Clients will be supported with both low-touch and medium-high touch services based on their self-identified needs and will be referred to resources including legal clinics, income support services, food bank services, identification and tax clinics, as well as  Brant Access to Housing, Canada-Ontario Housing Benefit, and the Housing Stability Fund in addition to being supported with housing searches and learning their rights and responsibilities as a tenant to prepare for successful tenancy.

The Supportive Housing Program assists clients to secure safe, affordable housing within the community.  Clients are supported by a Supportive Housing Counsellor and rent supplements are available to help bridge the difference between the client’s ability to pay and the market rent to a maximum amount.
