37.5-hours per week. Primarily Monday to Friday days, offering evening hours at least one day per week
Duties
Concurrent Disorders Clinicians (CDC) employ a strengths-based approach to supporting individuals with addictions and mental health. You are part of a collaborative team that supports people who use substances through assessment, support and transition plans, referrals, and therapeutic interventions. We currently have two full-time contract positions available and are seeking clinicians to engage in individual and group counselling using evidence-informed modalities. You make a difference!

Qualifications
- Have a college diploma in the Human or Social Services field, with a University Degree in a related Social Sciences preferred
- Must have current registration with a professional governing body such as College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ combined education/experience in substance use, concurrent disorders and/or mental health clinical settings
- Be proficient in MS Office and be familiar with databases
- Be able to manage frequent exposure to vicarious traumatic stress
- Access to reliable transportation, as some travel may be required
- Please also note that the successful candidate will be required to provide a police vulnerable sector check as a condition of employment, however strong consideration is made to the type of offense
