Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT)

The Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT) responds to 911 calls where mental health concerns and/or crises are identified. The team pairs a Mental Health Specialist from St. Leonard’s with a police officer from Brantford Police Services or Brant County OPP.

The team provides:

Assessment of risk to the safety of the person and others
On-site safety planning
De-escalation
Stabilization strategies
Referrals to ongoing services provided by St. Leonard’s Community Services or community partners

Individualized outpatient / office-based support to help you attain your substance use, concurrent disorder (substance use and mental health), or gambling goals.

Day treatment is a 5-week outpatient program for all genders, aged 16 and up.
