Continuing Care
The Continuing Care Group supports clients who want to continue their recovery journey after completing or transitioning out of treatment. Group participants are encouraged and supported to maintain the gains they have made and continue building skills toward a full and healthy life. Discussions can include addressing new challenges and building more skills and strategies that support recovery.
Goals:
Support clients to maintain recovery gains, work towards goals outside of recovery, and reach their full potential.
Build upon skills, support the client in implementing practical strategies and discuss new challenges and opportunities faced throughout recovery and beyond.
- Provide opportunity for social connection.
